Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 2026
A short, plain-language summary of the cookies and local storage Elevo uses — and why each one is needed.
1. What we store
Elevo uses strictly-necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, protect against abuse, and remember preferences such as your theme choice. These are essential — the app cannot function without them.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
2. Categories
Essential / authentication: session tokens that prove you are signed in and keep your account secure.
Preferences: local settings such as light/dark theme. Functional only — no profiling.
Security: tokens that prevent cross-site request forgery and rate-limit abuse.
3. Managing cookies
You can clear cookies or site data in your browser settings at any time. Doing so will sign you out and reset preferences such as theme.
Blocking all cookies will prevent sign-in, since the session cookie is required for authentication.
4. Changes
If we introduce new categories (for example analytics), this policy will be updated and, where required, consent will be requested first.
